Neff-Perkins advanced molding methods utilize Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR) to obtain very fast cycle times and precise dimensional control on virtually any part geometry. This two component material system allows us to achieve flash free and waste free molding while reducing cycle time, material waste, and ultimately cost. Physical properties are similar to Heat Cured Elastomers.
